Students paint

"Bob Ross Day" was held April 26th. 48 students in 6-8th grades participated in learning how to paint "happy little trees."  This was a great experience for students to explore nearly all of the middle school art standards, from learning new processes, experimenting with new materials, problem solving, and completing an artistic process. Although students didn't finish their paintings on Monday, paintings will be completed throughout this week during the students art hours.

Thank you so much to everyone who donated supplies and canvases to make this possible! The students had a blast and are producing incredible paintings!
