Stem

Heart of the Ozarks Bluegrass Association representatives visited Junction Hill for the middle school STEM day. STEM stands for science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Students who signed up for this STEM activity got to listen to Sharry Lovan, Kelly Hinds, Teddie Collins, and Alan Strickland perform a few songs and discuss their musical backgrounds. Students then got the opportunity to be taught beginner lessons on various instruments by the musicians. Mrs. Cahoj would like to extend a sincere "thank you" to the HOBA representatives for coming to our school today to introduce a new type of learning to our students.
